I never received this item and paid for expedited shipping. I was in contact with the store every week about the status of shipment and requested a refund. It has been over two months and I still have not received my order or a refund.
Necklace is nice... but, no tracking provided and took 3.5 almost 4 weeks to receive. I understand “handmade” but this is not the only handmade necklace and that’s a long time for an item.. especially because it wasn’t a custom piece.

I really think they did a beautiful job. I had them custom order to a specific color and stone (see photo #1) gold w/light blue crystal which looks like Topaz and had one (see photo #1) silver w/dark blue crystal which looks like London blue Topaz. Since the pkg was shipped to US it apparently went thru customs first and took nearly a month to get here and when I expressed my concern, they were very helpful in tracking # and keeping in touch until I recieved pkg

When I asked for the necklace, in the specifications and in the photo it said and the colors of the necklace were similar, and when I arrived it was not the same, the owner of the store has become rude, and I only ask her to please send me the necklace for which pay
