I never received this item and paid for expedited shipping. I was in contact with the store every week about the status of shipment and requested a refund. It has been over two months and I still have not received my order or a refund.

Necklace is nice... but, no tracking provided and took 3.5 almost 4 weeks to receive. I understand “handmade” but this is not the only handmade necklace and that’s a long time for an item.. especially because it wasn’t a custom piece.
